Observing the Atmospheric Water Cycle of the Earth: Unravelling the physics of regional climates from an hierarchy of observations.
The aim of this program is to gather a team of leading scientists working on the atmospheric water cycle: observers and modellers with expertise ranging from local to global scales in various regions of the globe.

Welcome to the website of the program. On this page you will find further information about the program, registered participants and other details. In order to apply/register for this program, Institut Pascal first invites you to create an IPa-account, which will serve as a way for you to have direct access to your program registration and will allow you to update your preferences directly into the IPa-system.
